In 2017, Thomas "TO" Williams started cooking wings out of pure passion — no investors, no shortcuts. That Lexington apartment was the original Wing KYng kitchen.
Built on Word of Mouth
Williams moved to Southland Commissary Kitchen, running carryout-only out of Southland Bagel. No ads, no gimmicks — just food so good Lexington told on itself.
Home at Greyline Station
In May 2023, Wing KYng landed inside Greyline Station — a repurposed downtown transit depot with raw brick walls that fit the brand perfectly.
30+ Sauces, Zero Shortcuts
30+ sauces, all made in-house and rooted in real Lexington stories: Eazy's World, Dirt Bowl Classic, Boodolla, Nasii Drip, Grippo Dry Rub. Flavors you won't find anywhere else.
Lexington's Table Is Set
Wing KYng is a neighborhood champion — built by Williams for Lexington, from Tuesday cravings to hundred-person celebrations. Lexington made it a landmark.
